Black screen after installing Intel HD Graphics 630 driver

The screen turns black as soon as Intel HD Graphics 630 drivers are updated.
All other drivers are installed and updated.
Everything works normally until the driver is being installed. During the installation process the screen goes black. The cursor does not appear and the keyboard is still doesnt lit.
Whenever i restarted the laptop, after the windows loading screen, the screen goes back to black. The solution is to enter safe mode and uninstall the HD Graphics 630 driver, therefore using the Microsoft Basic Video Adapter.
However, with this basic driver, the laptop performance drops in applications that require graphics processing, making it impractical to use in such situations.
I tried these possible solutions:
- I tried to install several versions of the driver, which were available on the dell website itself or on the intel website, and all of them had a black screen during the installation.
- I disabled Windows Update because it was Installing the driver automatically and the screen was turning black after a few minutes, so it doesn't work too.
- I have also reset/reinstall and restore windows but the black screen still persists.
- Tried to update using the device managerand dell's own update. Same thing, screen still turns black.
- I also tried to use an external monitor to see if there was video, and only this works when intel is enabled

Bios version 1.15.0 (type uefi)
Intel HD Graphics 630
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Top Comment: As a (anecdotal) testament to Sennheiser's customer service, at least here in Canada: I had a pair of 598's that fell apart due to straight-up abuse. I was still in school and wasn't doing my due diligence in properly transporting them, constantly switching between the 1/4" and 3.5mm cables, etc. Anyway the cable jack on the headset itself ended up failing. I tried a MacGuyer repair and ended up even damaging them further. I couldn't find any local electronics repair guys willing to take the job so I sent them off to Sennheisers RMA centre near Montreal with a letter explaining that I acknowledged: i. they were already a year past of the warranty window ii. I caused the damage but I liked them so much I was willing to pay for the repair (subject to the quote not being absurdly high) iii. a copy of the Amazon receipt. A week later I received a brand-new, in-box pair of 599's covered by their own, independent warranty. No questions or money asked. I was already sold on Sennheiser price/performance (and that classic Senny tone) but they made a lifelong customer that day.

O que não gostei
Comprei essa cadeira tem algumas semanas e de cara eu não gostei de uma coisa, que foi o apoio de cervical. Poderia ser o apoio do tipo ativo, mas ele acaba só sendo útil quando você reclina a cadeira. Outra coisa sobre esse apoio é que o material dele é um plástico meio emborrachado. Não é desconfortável, mas também não é incrível. Acho que esses apoios do tipo mesh seria muito melhor. Outra coisa é que pra minha altura eu necessariamente tive que comprar apoio de pés, não tem muito o que fazer. Nos primeiros eu estava sentindo dor na lombar e demorei pra ajustar de um modo confortável, mas passei alguns dias sentindo dor na lombar. Algumas semanas depois, já não sinto. Realmente penso que era alguma coisa se reajustando na minha coluna hehe.
O que eu gostei
Já veio montada. A única coisa que não vem montado é o apoio da cervical(e isso é algo bem importante de olhar no manual, antes de inserir, pra não fazer errado, pois pra tirar vai dar trabalho). Pro meu peso eu acho ela robusta, parece que vai durar bastante e utilizando as inclinações dela, ela não faz muito barulho também. O ajuste de tensão do encosto também é algo legal. Eu não sei o quanto é comum nas cadeiras, mas a minha anterior não tinha, então eu achei algo interessante. O assento é confortável e satisfatório pro meu peso. Eu venho de uma cadeira com espuma laminada, então essa parece bem decente pra mim. Eu sou calorento e já percebi que em dias quentes da uma suada na bunda, mas em níveis aceitáveis. Os braços tem um ajuste pra dentro e pra fora. Se você for mais largo, isso é bem útil. Outra coisa que gostei é que o formato dos braços me permite sentar de perna cruzada na cadeira, algo que gosto de fazer as vezes. Dá pra fazer sem problemas
Top Comment: É a mesma cadeira que me serviu fielmente por 7 anos. Tenho 1,63 m e 74 kg. As vantagens que você citou são as mesmas que eu via nela, também sento de pernas cruzadas na cadeira, coisa que a Aeron não deixa e que me fez devolvê-la mas mesma semana.
